Diagnostic significance of echocardiography in the evaluation of cardio-vascular system in patients with rheumatoid arthritis

In patients with rheumatoid arthritis we can often observe involvement of the heart. Most frequently we find pericardial exudate. In the article we present data from the literature concerning abnormalities in echocardiography in rheumatoid arthritis patients
