STRESZCZENIE
Radiosynowiorteza jest miejscową metodą leczenia nawracających wysięków stawowych, polegającą na wywołaniu martwicy zmienionej zapalnie błony maziowej pod wpływem radiofarmaceutyku. Zabieg stwarza możliwość pełnej odnowy i powrotu prawidłowej funkcji błony maziowej w przypadku nieskuteczności miejscowych iniekcji glikokortykosteroidów i terapii systemowej lekami modyfikującymi przebieg choroby.
