Toczeń rumieniowaty układowy z zajęciem ośrodkowego układu nerwowego – trzy różne obrazy chorobowe

Toczeń rumieniowaty układowy (TRU) jest chorobą autoimmunizacyjną o zróżnicowanym obrazie klinicznym, w przebiegu której mogą wystąpić objawy neurologiczne i/lub psychiatryczne. Celem opracowania jest przedstawienie różnorodnego przebiegu TRU z zajęciem ośrodkowego układu nerwowego, analiza profilu serologicznego chorych oraz dyskusja nad problemami terapeutycznymi.
