STRESZCZENIE
Zajęcie naczyń krwionośnych stanowi stały i często dominujący objaw twardziny układowej. Tętnicze nadciśnienie płucne, będące wynikiem obliteracyjnej angiopatii tętnic płucnych, stanowi jedną z wiodących przyczyn zgonów chorych na twardzinę układową. Owrzodzenia palców rąk są przyczyną znacznego obniżenia jakości życia. Lepsze poznanie patogenezy waskulopatii w przebiegu twardziny układowej zaowocowało wprowadzeniem nowych metod leczenia. W artykule omówiono aktualne zasady postępowania terapeutycznego w leczeniu nadciśnienia płucnego oraz owrzodzeń palców w przebiegu twardziny układowej (ryc. 1, tab. I, II).
