Spondyloartropatie

W ostatnich latach dokonał się istotny postęp w poznaniu etiopatogenezy oraz w leczeniu spondyloartropatii (SpA). Międzynarodowa grupa ekspertów ASAS (ASsessment in Ankylosing Spondylitis) opracowała nowe kryteria klasyfikacyjne spondyloartropatii osiowej i obwodowej, pozwalające na wczesne ustalenie rozpoznania i rozpoczęcie leczenia. W artykule przedstawiono nowe kryteria klasyfikacyjne SpA oraz zalecenia terapeutyczne międzynarodowych wytycznych opracowanych na podstawie dowodów naukowych przez ekspertów EULAR (European League Against Rheumatism) i ASAS (ryc. 1, tab. I–X).
