Układowe zapalenia naczyń

Celem pracy było przedstawienie kryteriów rozpoznania, zaleceń diagnostycznych i terapeutycznych w układowych zapaleniach naczyń. W tabelach I–VIII zestawiono aktualne kryteria rozpoznania tych schorzeń, najczęściej Amerykańskiego Kolegium Reumatologicznego (ACR). Na podstawie aktualnych zaleceń Europejskiej Ligi do Walki z Chorobami Reumatycznymi (EULAR) przedstawiono punkty do rozważenia w czasie postępowania diagnostycznego i zaproponowano badania niezbędne do ustalenia rozpoznania (tab. IX). Zaprezentowano zalecenia EULAR dotyczące leczenia zapaleń małych i średnich oraz dużych naczyń, ze zwróceniem uwagi na praktyczne aspekty postępowania (tab. X–XII).
