Reumatoidalne zapalenie stawów

Zalecenia diagnostyczno-terapeutyczne w reumatoidalnym zapaleniu stawów (RZS) zostały opracowane na podstawie ostatnich rekomendacji Amerykańskiego Kolegium Reumatologicznego (American College of Rheumatology – ACR) i Europejskiej Ligi do Walki z Chorobami Reumatycznymi (European League Against Rheumatism – EULAR). Podkreślają znaczenie: wczesnej diagnozy, wczesnego rozpoczęcia leczenia lekami modyfikującymi przebieg choroby (LMPCh), stosowania strategii leczenia do celu (remisja lub mała aktywność choroby) w optymalizacji leczenia chorych na RZS oraz określają sposób postępowania w celu utrzymania remisji (ryc. 1, tab. I–IV).
